Title II Snapshot

For cities, counties, special districts, school districts and public colleges. Enter your website and the type of public body. In under a minute you get your ADA Title II web deadline and a plain, dated list of basic signals from up to 10 of your pages and 5 of your PDFs, ready to forward to your council or board.

Free, no sign-up and no email. 3 snapshots a day per visitor. Results are shown to you only and are not saved. How the Snapshot works and what it checks.

For example cityofexample.gov. We check that page plus up to 9 pages on the same site.

Total population of your government

A department, library or college uses the population of the government it is part of.

What this can't tell you

This is an automated, partial check of a few public pages. Automated tools catch roughly a third of accessibility issues. It is not an audit, not an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), and not legal advice. A clean result does not mean your site conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA or meets the Title II rule. It reads page HTML only, without running scripts, so it can miss problems and can flag things that are fine.

Want a fuller picture? Our automated audit covers up to 50 pages and 10 PDFs. See what the automated audit includes and its published price, or contact us about a full audit.

Background reading: ADA Title II web accessibility deadlines, the Title II deadline for school districts and special districts, and a 90-day plan for small-city IT.

Gentle on your site

The Snapshot reads only public pages, follows your robots.txt, sends at most one request a second, and identifies itself as “ValleyFill Snapshot” with our contact address. Each site can be checked once an hour. It never logs in and never submits forms.
