Refund policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026 · Contact: hello@valleyfill.com

Our products are digital services. Most are delivered as a report within a few business days. This policy explains when you get your money back. It applies to every paid product sold on valleyfill.com and local.valleyfill.com. See also our Terms.

1. Full refund if we can’t deliver

You get a full refund if:

Where we can, we’ll tell you before a deadline passes.

2. A delivered report that doesn’t match its description

If a report is missing something its product page promises, checks the wrong site, or has a clear error we made, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll fix and re-send it within 2 business days. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you in full.

3. What isn’t a reason for a refund

Our reports describe what automated checks found on a given date. Not being happy with the findings, or with what happens after you make fixes, isn’t by itself a reason for a refund. That includes a site still having issues, a browser still showing a warning, or an AI assistant still not naming you. Our product pages explain these limits before you buy. If you’re unhappy for another reason, email us anyway. We read every message and may offer a re-check, a credit or a refund at our discretion.

4. Product-specific notes

5. How to ask

Email hello@valleyfill.com within 30 days of payment (or of delivery, for section 2). Include the order email and, if you have it, the order number. You don’t need to give a reason for a section 1 refund.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. We don’t charge a fee for refunds. Stripe says refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually refund faster than a dispute takes. If a dispute is opened, we’ll give Stripe the order record and proof of delivery (date, the email address it was sent to, and the report). We may pause further orders from that account while a dispute is open.

8. Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t take away any right you have under consumer law where you live.
